A card for Craft a Scene!

I found this wonderful challenge blog called Craft a Scene, and I really love to make scene so this is something for me.
This month the challenge is to make a tropical scene, something with palm trees and sea. I made this scene with the cute children on the beach. The stamp with the children is made by Sheena Douglass and the other stamps are by Stampscapes.

Alster augusti - december 2012/August - December 2012

Här kommer de alster jag gjort i slutet av 2012.

Here are my scenes I made in the end of 2012.

De nedanstående korten är photoscapes. Jag har alltså stämplat på foton som jag skrivit ut. Det blir en väldigt läcker effekt.

These cards below are photoscapes. That means I stamped on photos that I printed. It's a very nice effect I think.

Nedanstående kort passade jag på att stämpla när jag var på scrapträff i oktober.

I made the scenes below at a scrapmeeting I attended in October.

Detta kort gjorde jag till september månads swap i Stampscapes II-gruppen där vi skulle använda brayer till bakgrunden. Det var riktigt kul, men inte så enkelt som man kan tro.

This card I made for the September swap in the Stampscapes II group where I am a member. You were supposed to use a brayer for your scene. It's really fun, but not as easy as it looks.

Nästa kort är oktoberswapen, där alla skulle använda ett av mina foton för att göra en scene. Swapen kallades Piascapes, vilken ära. Det var så roligt att se alla olika scener som gjordes av ett och samma foto. Jag ska göra ett collage av alla för att se hur det blev.

This next card is the one I made for the Octoberswap, where everyone was supposed to stamp on one of my photos. The swap was called Piascapes, what an honour! It was so nice to see all the different scenes made from the same photo. I am going to make a collage of all the scenes.

Här är novemberswapen, som hade namnet Höst och vilda djur. Jag använde en björnstämpel och en med söta uttrar till mitt kort.

Here is the November swap, called Fall and wildlife. I used a bearstamp and an otter stamp for my card.

Följande kort är alla vinterkort, gjorda för födelsedagar och jul. På det översta kortet är snöskotern och texten utskurna med min Silhouette Cameo.

The following cards are all winter cards, made for birthdays and Christmas. On the card right below the snowmobile and text are cut with my Silhouette Cameo.

Alster april - juli 2012

Det var ett bra tag sen som jag uppdaterade denna bloggen, men så kan det bli ibland.
Här kommer nu de alster jag gjort från april till och med juli månad.

It has been a while since a updated the blog, but that's the way life is, sometimes you are busy with other things. But here are the scenes I made from April to July.

 April

Detta kortet har motiv från Crafty Individuals, de är så söta de små flickorna. Resten av stämplarna är Stampscapes.
On this scene I have some cute stamps from Crafty Individuals, the girls. The other stamps are Stampscapes.

Här är ett lite tuffare killkort med motorcykel från Artistic Outpost och tatuerad kille från Vilda Stamps. De övriga stämplarna är från Stampscapes.

Here another kind of scene with a tough guy and his motorcycle. The motorcycle stamps is one from Artistic Outpost and the guy a stamp from the Swedish company Vilda Stamps. The other stamps are all Stampscapes.

Maj/May

Här är korten från Maj månads swap i Yahoo-gruppen Stampscapes II som jag är med i. Temat för maj var fåglar, och ska det vara fåglar så ska det! Jag har ett helt gäng från olika stämpeltillverkare. Svanarna är från Beeswax Rubber Stamps, lommarna och de flygande gässen är Stampscapes, anden och storken vet jag inte.

Here are the cards from the May swap at the Stampscapes II-group. The theme was "birdscapes", and I thought that if you want birds, you'll get birds! There is a whole bunch from different manufacturers. The swans are Beeswax Rubber Stamps, the loons and the flying geese are Stampscapes and the flying duck and the stork are unknown to me.

I maj var jag även på en scrapträff  och passade på att låna en fin hjortstämpel av en tjej och använde sen Stampscapes för resten av kortet och gjorde det monokromt. Är inte riktigt nöjd med himmel och moln, men det får vara så.

In May I also participated in a scrapmeeting and I borrowed a beautiful deer stamp and used it to make this scene. All the other stamps are Stampscapes. I made the scene monocromatic brown, but I am not quite pleased with the sky and clouds. 

Juli/July

Här är två kort som är ganska lika varandra. Jag skulle göra ett kort inspirerat av en Rembrandt-tavla till en inspirationsblogg och skulle då ha med en hel del himmel för att göra mörka storm-moln. På det första försöket blev det för lite himmel så det fick bli soluppgång istället. Jag stämplade en till och det blev bättre så jag fick till stormen.

Here are two scenes that are very similar in the stamping. I was aiming to make a scene inspired by a painting by Rembrandt where there are some stormyclouds in the right corner. But the first attempt failed, as I didn't get enough sky. So I made a scene with a sunrise instead. The second one was better and I made the stormy clouds.

Detta kort gjorde jag sedan jag köpt några nya stämplar från Artistic Outpost (damerna). Jag tyckte det passade bra att sätta dem i Paris. Så jag stämplade Eiffeltornet (Prima) och lite andra stämplar, bland annat Stampscapes.

This scene I made when I bought some new stamps from Artistic Outpost  (the ladies). I thought they looked like they wanted to be in Paris, so I put them there. I stamped the Eiffel tower (Prima) and some other stamps in the background, among other some Stampscapes.

Till sist ett kort jag gjorde till en grannes sondotter som fyllde år. Hon har en egen häst, så önskemålet var att kortet skulle ha en häst på. Gärna med flera ögon eftersom hästen heter Argos, som var en jätte i antikens Grekland med tusen ögon. Hästen med ryttaren är utskuren med min Cameo. 

At last a scene I made for a neighbour whose granddaughter had her birthday. She has her own horse and her grandmothers wish was that there should be a horse on the card. A horse with many eyes since it is called Argos, who was a giant with a thousand eyes in the Greek mythology. The background stamps are all Stampscapes.

Kort februari - mars!

Här är mitt kort till marsswapen i Stampscapes II-gruppen. Vi skulle göra ett kort med något som inte var från ens eget land. Jag valde stämplar från Cherry Pie, med Venedig-motiv och blandat dessa med Stampscapes. Jag skickade mitt kort till Mirjam i Holland.

Kort från december-januari

Detta kort gjorde jag till januari månads swap hos Yahoo-gruppen Stampscapes II. Det har en Sarah Kay-stämpel som motiv och stampscapesstämplar i övrigt.

I made this card for the January swap at the Stampscapes II-group. I have stamped a Sarah Kay-girl on it, and the other stamps are all Stampscapes.

Här är några kort jag gjort under hösten. Kortet här nedan var mitt alster till novemberswapen och jag hade den stora äran att få vara på förstasidan i vår Yahoo-grupp med detta kort.

Here are some cards I have made during the autumn. This card I sent to Ineke in the Netherlands as my swapcard for the November swap, holidayscapes. And I had the great honour of being chosen to be on the homepage with this card.

This card I made for the Septemberswap in my Yahoogroup where the months theme was "Anything goes". I wanted to use my new beautiful stamp from Beeswax Rubber Stamps the castle on water. The swans is also a  stamp from Beeswax.

Mina verk för juni/juli My creations in June/July

Jag har knåpat ihop några kort i juni och juli också. Inte så många nu heller egentligen.

I've made some cards in June and July also. Not so many really.

 Här hade jag köpt nya stämplar. Slottet är en Papermania stämpel och trädstammarna är nya Stampscapes, precis som vattenfallet.

This card I made with some new stamps I bought. The castle is a Papermania stamp and the tree trunks and waterfall are new Stampscapes.
